Training for Professionals
Throughout the year 2014 EKONID hosted several
trainings conducted by German high profile coaches
in the fields of management techniques and renewable
energies.
In April and August the chamber welcomed Mr.
Alexander Strecker who shared his knowledge on
Marketing and Leadership skills. The seminars titled
“Professional Marketing Manager + Special Green
Marketing” and “Professional Leadership Skills” and
were attended by four participants each. The latter had
a special focus on German Leadership styles and was
designed to enable the seminar participants to work
and lead in a cross cultural environment.
In September 2014 EKONID cooperated with AsiaLeader
for the organization of a two day leadership seminar.
The seminar was titled “The 21 Laws of Leadership –
Follow them and People will follow you” was held by
Mr. Stefan Ciesielski who, before following his passion of
developing managers and leaders, has worked as a high
level executive for several renowned German companies.
The seminar was based on the 21 Laws of Leadership,
developed by John Maxwell. The aim was to enable the
participants to implement the laws not only in their
business life but also in their day to day way of living.
Dipl. Ing. Alexander Kaub, founder and CEO of the
Academy of Solar Power Education visited Indonesia
in September and carried out a two day seminar
named Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Basics that attracted
21 participants from a wide range of professional
backgrounds. The goal of the training was to promote
lessons learned from the implementation of the German
“Energiewende” – program.
As EKONID is involved in promoting Renewable
Energies in Indonesia, we were pleased to support
the Renewables Academy AG (RENAC) in the
implementation of their government backed three year
training program “Capacity Development on Renewable
Energy and Grid Integration” (CapREG). The program
experienced a promising start in December with 15
participants in the first 5 day training “Fundamentals
of Renewable Energy”.
