KONID offers German and Indonesian companies
a one-stop-service in order to promote company
business at a range of respected international trade
fairs. The Trade Fairs team identifies leading international
trade shows in a range of sectors which demonstrate
growth potential for the Indonesian economy, and
invites local companies to exhibit in or visit these trade
fairs. In addition, we are actively evaluating the business
opportunities for German companies in Indonesia
and encourage German companies to participate in
relevant trade shows in order to evaluate their market
opportunities either as visitors or exhibitors.
Our Trade Fairs team, consisting of a Head of
Department, Senior Executive, and Executives, is
experienced in promotional activities at Koelnmesse’s
event, Messe München’s event, Spielwarenmesse’s event,
Potential Trade Fairs in Indonesia, and numerous other
projects. Our teamhas successfully arranged for exhibitors
and visitors to participate in trade fairs for German Trade
Fairs Organizer (TFO) which we have been representing
for more than 40 years.
We offer a complete package, designed to make the
presentation of your products and services professional
and hassle-free. Our package includes:
1. Detailed information on trade fairs in our TFO network,
2. Booth construction,
3. Travel arrangements,
4. Logistics and customs clearance.
By the end of 2018, EKONID’s Trade Fairs team had
recorded a list of 62 companies who had participated
in our events, as well as the participation of 1,946 trade
visitors. Additionally, the department succeeded in selling
a total of 1,742 sqm of space at these events.
One highlight of our expertise in organizing the Indonesia
Pavilion and indonesian companies in 2018 was during
IMM Cologne – the International Furnishing Show held in
Cologne, Germany. At the event, HIMKI, the Indonesian
Furniture and Craft Association, participated for the 8th
time. Furthermore, asmany as 10manufacturers and three
individual companies from Indonesia also participated in
the Indonesian Pavilion at IMM Cologne.
