the Goethe-Institut and EKONID, when they
launched together with other institutional
and corporate partners JERIN – Jerman
dan Indonesia – a series of approximately
30 events in 2011 ranging from culture to
business, from science film festival to biomass
technology conference all highlighting
the wide range of activities of Germany in
Indonesia.
Program related events were the Biomass
Conference in October, with more the 200
Indonesian companies, jointly organized by
EKONID with the GIZ. The so-called AAA-
Conference, a bi-yearly organized regional
conference hosted in 2011 by EKONID of the
German chamber network with its German
partner organizations, participated
