HUMAN
CAPITAL CLUB
Providing a network for sharing experiences and discussing with
HR-experts
Due to an increase in the amount of inquiries from our members regarding Human
Resources (HR) issues, EKONID realized the importance of communication among HR
personnel to share their experience in dealing with manpower related issues. Starting
in December 2010, EKONID established an HR network for communication between
Human Resource personnel for EKONID members and non-members called the Human
Capital Club (HCC). Every two months EKONID holds discussions about the most
current topics. In 2013 nearly 100 participants took part at the HCC working groups
organized.
One day training
In the year 2013 we have also started to organize full-day trainings. This new format
actually was requested by our members of the HCC in order to gain a deeper knowledge
of HR-topics in Indonesia and to share and discuss the experiences from other
companies and the expert guest speaker. Our first one day training was on the topic
“Human Capital Management” with the speaker Mrs. Betty Siahaan.
For the year 2014 we are planning to organize two one-day trainings. These will be
announced three weeks in advance.
