COMMUNICATION
PR and other Campaigns
Consisting of four designers, one producer, one
project manager, one key account executive
and one administration executive, the Design &
Communication team of Ekonid realized a substansial
amount of projects during 2012. Some of which were
full-scale PR campaign, combining conventional print
materials and digital media.
Some highlights were on the JERIN project which was
initiated back in 2011. After successfully creating the
key visual and comprehensive design guideline for
JERIN, the teamalso entrustedwith a number of major
event campaign for JERIN, namely the Indonesian
Batik - A Living Heritage in Jakarta and Solo, the
German Cinema in five big cities of Indonesia, and
the finisage of JERIN’s first round, the Raden Saleh
Exhibition. The events boasted a full range of PR
campaign through social media, website, mass media
and utilizing a great array of display graphics on the
venues. We are very proud to be able to contribute in
the success of these events.
Other mixed design applications were during the EIBD
Conference in Bali. With the capacity of performing
varying scope of design works, one of the designers,
specificallymastering the role of website administration
and design, assisted the maintenance and update
of the website developed initially for EIBD in 2010.
The event collaterals consisted of a published report,
sector studies, invitation, folder for conferences and
also on-venue items such as banners and backdrops.
Reaching a total of about 250 participants from Europe
and nationwide business community, the conference
scored another success in 2012.
The launching of German-ASEAN Chamber Network
(GACN) also featured some of our portfolio during
the event and on the online platform. In line with the
existing AHK key visual, logo and overall look of GACN
was designed to further boost the identity of German
Chambers abroad.
Benefiting from the creative capacity, all EKONID
publications are designed and published by the
inhouse design and production team.
A number of VIP visits in 2012 provided the team with
opportunities to contribute creative support through
event collaterals. The honorable visits were, among
others, from the Chancellor Angela Merkel in July
2012 and other Delegations throughout the year.
